When they see a woman, the think free cash withdrawals! Got told l should sell my car cos it had a dent. Got billed... £580 for drive shaft.. Very condescending mechanic came and asked how much my bill was, went on to add £262 for brakes, a tyre( which needed replacement was fine with that) told that there was a massive oil leak, ... bill was £1000+.. mechanic went on to say just sell the car, it’s “useless”...almost agreed to a payment plan. Long story short, went to another garage with the above diagnosis, told l had plenty of life in my car parts. Only replaced 2 front tyres and brake fluid. There a a little stone lodged near brakes. Car passed MOT with advisory. Women beware.read more

Why did you only want to take payment from me in cash, do the bodywork on my car leaving the inside completely covered... in paint dust and then remove the front bumper lip. You said you were going to sort it 2 weeks ago and now you are avoiding me? You think you can mess people around like that and get away with it? I am just getting started!read more

Went there last minute as heard a horrible grinding on my car. Thought it was going to be hundreds to fix it. Took it... in he was so lovely!! Took a look and just turned out something needed cleaning. He did it within half an hour or so then was good as new. Was about to leave and he heard a diff noise and asked to take a look and again sorted that out very quickly!! This only cost me £20. Will be coming back here again thank u for allThe help!!read more

I accidentally came across with these professionals. Initially I chose them for a casual inspection on a car that I was... planning to buy from a private car dealer. Brilliant shop with highly skilled mechanics and a great bodyshop for extremely competitive prices. Had a complete... engine rebuild carried out for a performance car with cosmetic bodyshop repairs carried out as well. The outcome was a vehicle which runs better than it did when it came out of the dealership (known faults investigated and prevented during rebuild) and looks brand new.read more

Please avoid i booked a full service and all i got was an oil change. They also quoted for fuel filter change that was... a good price then after having the car 3 hours said it would take another 2 hours and I would have to pay extra.This place just rip you off.I really wish I would have drove away when I arrived at what looked like a chop shop.They ended up taking five hours and I still do not have any papers telling me the results of my service.The mechanic pointed out that someone has broken a clip in the engine bay but I'm 90% curtain it was him.I have contacted then a number of times and they just fobbed me off.read more

Im not paid anything for these reviews nor am i working there or related to the owners.Well organised premises.... Skillful friendly staff. They appear to undertake all types of mechanical work on a wide range of vehicles including cars, vans, sports cars etc.Tyres, exhausts, brakes, steering and also any electrical problems can be diagnosed, Fair prices in general but always ask for quotes first. Had issues over the bank holiday weekend and m60 autos was open on a sunday which was so helpful advised me to come... back and will sort the issue. It was pretty good, the job was well doneEdit: the same problems has come again after 2 days, we got back to them to... tell that the car is like before they worked on it and we demanded a computer check on it to at least know what is wrong with the car. Their response? They said that is nothing wrong with the part they changed and the problem is from somewhere else like it was none of their business and said that if the problem is just like before, I mean the problem that the mechanic worked on, they won't charge for money, but if something else shows up, they will charge for the check. Now what I'm supposed to do ? They asked for £300 to change a small hose, to put back a relay at the fan from the radiator and...that's all, let's not count that check worth of £40. The reason I don't want to let my car be checked by them again is because I'm 80% sure they'll find something else and get my money and send me home, no refund, no explanation and they'll just say they did a good job, but because the current problems are not their fault, they can only keep my money and didn't even gave a receipt to see how much the piece they changed cost.Summary: got the car to the mechanic, he did a good job that costed me £300, the same problems came after 2 days and I came back for help, was treated like a criminal when I asked for a solution, not a criminal, more like a wallet that can be accessed by anyone, was threatened that I'll pay if they find another problem, and we all know they will definitely find one if they want and if not, they will make one. I'm done here, i personally had a bad experience at m60 autos, it's up to you if you want to throw your money away and get the middle finger back if they do a poor job.read more

I booked my car in at very short notice (the night before) for a full service and body work repair. I received NHS... discount which was very thoughtful. Car looks as good as it did when I bought it brand new- the best body work I have ever had done. Car was done in 3 days. Great service, reliable and very good price. Took car for check up as it making noise they said gearbox problem and cost £150 to change which normally £120... everywhere and after changing gearbox price gone to £300.rip off these people.stay away if u can.never going to use them even they r the last choiceread more

I had a very good experience with M60 Autos , staff and manager are friendly . My Ford car was not drivable and had... many issues including automatic gear box problems which I struggled to find a place in Manchester to fix with reasonable price , they arranged for recovery and did great job with good price and delivered the car in great condition . Awful customer service - they do my service then the actual mechanic is not present when I want to come pick up the car... therfoere can't have my questions answered. Despite asking on 3+ occasions they still haven't provided a service checklist to me. Did not turn off the service reminder light as requested. Really awful experience, also really rude regarding money. Never had this issue with ATS, going to stick with them.read more

Collected my car from Saj and team yesterday and cannot thank them enough for the service i received. I'm always a bit... sceptical when going anywhere to get repairs done because a lot of garages do take advantage when they see a woman coming in with limited knowledge of mechanics. I was treated with respect, honesty and they kept me informed every step of the way. My car had a catalogue of errors that needed to be corrected, they fixed everything and i was charged a fair price. I would highly recommend this garage for any work you need doing.
